What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Legs And Upper Arms?
One week ago I began to have red itchy bumps on my legs, since that time they have multiplied and have began to appear on my upper arm. There are none anywhere else. They look like chicken pox, but I had chicken pox as a child. I have no fever, no pets, no other symptoms.

It can be a skin infection or an allergic disorder of skin.
