What Causes Red, Flat Bumps On Chest, Stomach And Back?
what are red bumps that form on the skin that contain what appears to be blood in them. They are flat and firm, not easy to pop. They do not hurt, itch or in any other way bring attention to themselves. They only occur on the chest, stomach and back.
