What Causes Red Dry Itchy Rashes On The Inner Thigh?

Hello. I work a physical job and have developed a rash on my inner thighs that are red, dry itchy and burn. Looks like its wrinkled and feels roufh to the touch. It burns when i put lotion on it. It comes and goes in the same spot. Thank you so much for replying to my health dilemma.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Development of rash on the inner side of thigh could be due to fungal infection of skin called 'candidiasis'.
Apply Clotrimazole with neomycin combination cream twice a day.
Also, since there would be dryness associated with it, you can apply moisturizer cream on it at bedtime.
