What Causes Red Dots On Penis After Having Sex?

My Boyfriend Gets Red Dots On His Penis After We Have Sex There Almost Like Posion Oak Dots. They Never Itch Or Burn They Just Pop Up After We Have Sex And Go Away Within Hours Or The Next Day And Were Both STD Free. Is He Allergic To Me ?? Whats The Problem And He Says Its Never Happen Until Me ?

I can understand your curiosity about the problem. i just want to know from you that " It happens every time you sex or just at once?"
As you mentioned about red dots, it may be just increase vascularity(blood flow) of hair root follicles which seen like this. Normally it happens during sex and goes away on its own.
If your boyfriend have any itching there or any discharge , it is something else, might be infection or allergy to clothes,bed sheets or something else. Otherwise just relax.
But for confirmation and assurance i would like to suggest to visit a doctor when you just completed sex and red dots are there to be examined by doctor.
