What Causes Red Bumps Under Tip Of Penile Shaft After Having Anal Sex?

I have had a few red bumps just under tip of my shaft and a burning feeling under my shaft to the lower part right above the sack area after anul sex with my wife it only happens after anul sex and has been happing for about 3 weeks there is no liquid in red bumps and they do not hurt just the area on the skin under my shaft next to my sack please help me find the right answers so I can get the problem taken care of

Well come to HCM
The penile lesion that you are having could be due to anal coitus chances of infection and trauma might be there now take care for lesion apply "Povidone Iodine" ointment keep the area clean, this would be fine in few days till then avoid coitus, take care.
