Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Round itchy lesions on thighs may be tinea cruris and corporis. It is a fungal infection. DM should be ruled out by blood test.as prescribed, ketoconazole should be continued for 2 to 3 weeks. Itch may be relieved by levocetirizine. Apply clotrimazole cream twice a day. Avoid soap bath. You may use dettol liquid for bath. You may be improved.

Thanks.
