Hi, I have small but quite a few red bumps on my butt and inner thighs. They kinda look like pimples but like a heat rash at the same time. They ich and bother me when I get to hot or start sweating. I ve tired putting lotion, powder, acne cream on them to help but nothing works. They are very annoying what should I do to make them go away?, I ve had them since I was like 13 they fade some but enver really go away and old ones disappear but new ones come right back
