What Causes Red Bumps Below Waist Line/penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

I am a 24 male, I have had unprotected sex with a girl I have been seeing exclusively for the past 6-8 months. Around 1 month ago I began to notice small red bumps below my waist line. They have spread in small cluster into my pubic hair region, and some around the side of the base of my penis. Some have a hard white head, and when popped they bleed, and then leave a small unraised slightly red mark. Any help would be appreciative.

Hence I suggest you to consult a specialist.
