Hi. I recently had unprotected sex with someone I did not know very well. I have a few small red bumps on the base of my penis that neither itch or are forming blisters etc. I found a flea down there as I am defleaing my pets and they are everywhere. Should I be worried?
Hello Red bumps at base of penis with exposure to unprotected sex could be related to STI Painless bumps may appear in STI like chancre or syphilis I would like two know since how long it has been there if you can upload a photograph I will be able to help you better
in my opinion you should consult your doctor for examination and battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC Liver enzymes VDRL test and urine for culture and sensitivity
you may require a course of antibiotics and antiseptic solution to be applied locally
hope.this helps you feel free to ask further questions best wishes
