General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The bruise at the injection site is a very common side effect of Methamphetamine shot.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend using cold compresses for relieving.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
