My granddaughter is 6 years old. She started complaining this morning with the bottoms of her feet itching. When she got home from school, she was still talking about the itching. She has a red blotch on the bottom of one of her feet on the arch part of her foot. On the other foot I noticed some red blotches. Now that she has gone to bed, I have heard her several times coughing. She doesn't appear to have any temp. Could strep throat be causing the feet issue? Or what could it be?
