What Causes Red And Itchy Pimples On Testicles?

I have accidently used antiseptic dettol on my body. It caused burning or my testicles instantly. After 2 days i have two pimple on testicles. One big and one is small. Big one had black head when it was small now i peeled black thing when its big.. I have red skin now on all sides of these pimples. They itch alot when i am walking due to sweat.. I am worried. Its shape is same like a pimple but no liquid inside its like an ant bite..

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to suggest that you are suffering from contact dermatitis from exposure to irritant chemicals, which could be Dettol. I would recommend applying 1% topical hydrocortisone over the affected area. If your symptoms do not improve in 4-5 days or worsen, I would recommend seeing a doctor. If you develop additional symptoms like fever, penile discharge, urinary frequency, burning during urination, etc., I would recommend seeing a doctor immediately.
