White heads are form of acne which occur due to accumulation of dead skin ,oil and microorganism get trapped in blocked pores of skin . There are many factors which can trigger the process like hormonal changes ,puberty or some medications which cause horminal changes . Both creams your used are having good results , but if which heads are recurring after you stop using them then either you should use them little longer or you need some thing else . You should consult dermatologist again for proper examination of your condition so that he/she can prescribe accordingly. Doctor may prescribe benzoyl peroxide cream which kill bacteria on skin surface and unclog the skin pores and salicylic acid to resolve existing pores. Retinoid creams like derivative of vitamin A are also very helpful . For now wash your face with oil free face wash twice a day daily ,exfoliate your skin once in a week, don t apply oily makeup to face , drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.
