What Causes Recurring Urinary Tract Infection?

I have multiple uti s but it doesn t burn when I pee and I have some kind of discharge but it s not colored and it doesn t really show up on my underwear and I have a history of blood pressure and Kindney problems but I am sexually active do you think this could be and std?

Vaginal discharges are not a symptom of urinary tract infections but may indicate that there is an infection of the vaginal tract.

A swab of the discharge, sent to the lab, would help to determine the exact cause so that you can be treated effectively.
The swab and other STI testing would determine if the symptoms are related to a sexually transmitted infection.

Treatment would depend on the type of infection found.
