What Causes Recurring, Tiny, Blood Blister Bumps On Scrotum?

I have multiple tiny blood blister bumps on my scrotum that when popped bleed for a long time before scabbing/clotting over...then the scab will stay there until it either works it s way loose or just falls off in the shower. Sometimes it doesn t come back and sometimes it does. They don t itch or hurt unless popped/tiny scab pulled off, they are just unsightly. What is it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some local scrotal skin infection like dermatitis.
Due to perspiration and constant rubbing and remained tightly under inner wear this problem can occur.
Consult dermatologist and it will give better idea about your problem while observing physically by dermatologist.
Meanwhile apply triple action cream.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Wear cotton inner wears.
Ok and take care.
