Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from recurring oral thrush and there is a possibility that as you are only taking mouthwash, the infection is not being completey resolved leading to recurring episodes of infection..
As you are denture wearer it is also a cause for recurrence of the infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to take a combination of oral antibiotics along with mouthwash and lozenges..
You can be given a 2 to 3 week course of oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole along with Nystatin mouthwash and sucking Clotrimazole lozenges..
You should also take plenty of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic in diet..
For a few days, soak your denture in a solution of antifungal mouthwash mixed with water for a few hours at night..
Limit the wearing of dentures and wear only when necessary..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
