What Causes Recurring Swelling, Dryness And Cracks On The Lips?

my daughter has had repetitive incidents of swollen, dry and cracked lips. first time was a few months ago. 2nd incident in mid to late october and there is now a 3rd occurence starting. shes 31, married with a 18 month old. no known allergies. lo to no carb diet. pretty much tries to buy organic.

I understand your concern.
Swollen, dryness and cracks in the lips are generally caused due to vitamins namely Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Riboflavin deficiency.
Kindly take multivitamins capsules twice daily. Also consume foods rich in these vitamins like citrus fruits and vegetables.
Apply moisturizing lip balm at bedtime.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem.
