What Causes Recurring Spotting, Abdominal Cramps And Increased Urination?

Hi I had my period the beginning of the month and usually comes the first week or the last week and I had unprotected sex after my period and about 4 days after I had light spotting for about an hour and then it stopped then about a week later I started having to pee alot and got a tingly sensation sometimes that has gone away and now about 2 weeks after sex I am bleeding more with cramping and lower back pain my breast are not sore I am not nauseous I m not bloated but I have been getting headaches and sleeping a lot right now IM bleeding less than a period but more than the first time I noticed I was spotting does this mean I am pregnant

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy may be out of question but more it looks like urinary tract infection and it need to be ruled out but it may not be pregnancy, and it is suspected then better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
