What Causes Recurring Sore Throat,nausea And Indigestion?

I was sick with nausea, sore throat and indigestion for a little over a month. I saw a few doctors and got no answer that made since. then one day everything went away and I felt normal for about a month. now everything is back....this time mild sore throat, mild nausea, pressure in front of face and mild indigestion.

Hello,causess of sore throat,nausea,indigestion may be due to
1. Gastro esophageal reflex
2. Throat infection
3. Tonsillitis
4.Food poisoning
5.Gastroenteritis
6.Peptic ulcers
7.Acute sinusitis
8.Obesity
9.Constipation
Consult an gastroenteritis who will advice some blood test ,if required barium meal and treat you with antacids ,antiemitics and other drugs
Mean while you can
1.Eat regular meals with fruits and vegetable
2.Drink lot of water/fluid
3.Never skip a meal
4.Exercise/walking
5.Avoid spicy ,oily food,
6.Avoid caffeine
7.Reduce stress
8.Gargle
