I get a recurring cut/crack/fissure in the mid-gluteal fold region. I use neosporin in that area because the skin is dry. I am normal weight and this is extremely painful,especially when I want to exercise. How do I clear it up once and for all. Any special creams or treatment. It's been going on for over a year. History remarkable for ulcerative colitis with complete colectomy and pouch reanatamosis with complete continence and great quality of life otherwise. Thanks
