What Causes Recurring Sharp Shooting Pain In The Clitoris?
I have a sharp shooting pain in my clitoris. It started 2 days ago and it is coming and going. When I go to the bathroom and wipe I get the sharp pain - and when I sit and put pressure on it I get the pain. I work out a lot, including cycling. Could it be chafing? Or nerve damage?

Consult gynecologist for physical examination and if you are married, go for transvaginal ultrasound. If unmarried, ultrasound pelvis scan for further evaluation.
