Hello,

You have a painful aching knees off and on and nerve pain running from your left elbow, lower arm to wrist. Pain in the knees are indicative of developing OA, RA, gout or other knee ailment (tendonitis, ligament injury, etc.) You have a painful small lump in the armpit, it can be caused by swollen lymph node, ingrown hair, ingrown hair, rash, tumor (benign / malignant), etc. Impingement or compression of the nerve may cause pain or radiating pain.

Nerve damage, neuropathy can also cause nerve pain. Nutritional deficiency like deficiency of B6, B12, folic acid, etc., may also cause nerve pain. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood workouts and investigations, imaging tests to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You may be referred to a neurologist, get NCV tests, EEG, etc., done. You will be accordingly treated.

You can take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when needed to get relieve from pain. You can take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 or supplements. avoid sedentary lifestyle. Take healthy balanced home made nutritious food. If gout , avoid high purine diet. Do regular exercises and walking to control pain due to arthritis. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
