Acne vulgaris is a disorder of pilosebaceus glands characterised by multiple erythematous papules, pustules and comedoes on the face.It has no association with nausea.Topical medications like clindamycin and tretinoin may be used.If you have pustular lesions than pulse therapy of antibiotics like Azithromycin might also help. Avoid pricking or fiddling with them. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Consult your physician regarding nausea.Regards
