What would cause sudden nausea then syncope, followed by intense nausea and headache. Then no relief until I throw up. These episodes are becoming more frequent. They started when I was in high school and I had one a year. Now I m 20 and I have an episode several times a month. I do have low blood pressure. I ve has heart monitors, a stress test, a 72 EEG. I have partial right bundle block but everything else came back negative. What type of doctor should I be seeing?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that any food poisoning or head injury can cause such episodes. It’s recommended for you to get an NCCT brain done and consult a physician to manage accordingly .

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
