What Causes Recurring Nausea And Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea After Food Intake?

I have had diarrhea about 30 minutes after I eat for about a year. I had a colonopsky and they said it was clear. Over the past few months I have abdomenal pain, weakness or fatique, shaky like blood sugar low, nauseous. I am so tired of this feeling. What could it be?

do you also feel constipation some times?? do you mostly feel anxious irritable before 1 year also?? as per your description it seems you have irritable bowel syndrome , a complete evaluation including through history will be required to confirm the diagnosis though.
