What Causes Recurring Nasal Septum Deviation And Sinus Congestion?

hi, I m 31 years male, 180cm, 92Kg, no previous problems. 7 months ago i have a problem in sinus, my nose is blocked and no treatment helped me for 2 months so my doctor decided to make operation in the sinus and the deviated septum. after the operation i become ok, but this month the same problem happened again since 2 weeks. please give me your advice.

Hello,

There are fewer chances of recurrent nasal septum deviation after surgery. probably suffering from turbinate hypertrophy with sinusitis which may give like this symptoms.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Get it done CT of paranasal sinuses. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
