What Causes Recurring Lightheadedness, Blurry Vision, Fatigue And Nosebleeds?

The past few weeks, maybe even months I have been feeling very shaky and light headed, getting blurry vision often, headaches lasting for hours and small nosebleeds. I feel very weak and my hands/body shakes a lot. I have tried eating more protein rich foods which has helped slightly but it still is very irritating and causes me a lot of discomfort. Could you give me an insight in to what is wrong?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic depression or sinusitis or labyrinthitis or hypertension or TIA. How old are you? Since when are you suffering from this? Is there any drug abuse? Use nose compression for 10 seconds. Do yoga and meditation. Use tablet vitamin C 500 mg for five days. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist / physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
