Hi.

Noted your detailed history of having chronic kidney infection, raised PTH levels for which the Endocrinologists are giving Vitamin D, calcium levels were normal before but now have raised, kidneys have calcium deposits and so on.
Since there is history of parathyroid tumors in history you should have undergone the tests to see for the parathyroid glands and if there is tumor get operated as this will solve half of the problems.
Chronic kidney infection is known to increase the PTH levels and calcium may come back to be normal.
Tuberculosis of kidneys should be considered as there are calcifications in kidney and other causes found and treated well.
All these thing will lead to a proper diagnosis and management.
Take opinion of another Urologist and Endocrinologist to be sure about the diagnosis and proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
