General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to ingrown hair.

I suggest to apply warm compresses. Place warm compresses on the area.

Gently pull out the hair.

I suggest to exfoliate to remove dead skin.

Then you should use a anti inflammatory cream to reduce inflammation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contappct me again.

Kind regards!
