Thank you for choosing us

I have gone through your symptoms and feel that you may have a throat infection. I feel this because you complain of difficulty in swallowing and also have ear pain.

A throat infection can lead to a headache and this is what may be causing the issue in you. It will help me if you can tell me if you have a cough and sputum along with this. If the sputum is yellowish in colour, then you will need to take antibiotics as it would mean that you have a bacterial throat infection.

Also, Iburofen is not the best medication to be taken for headache. You should be taking Paracetamol 500mg as it is more effective.

Here are a few things you can try to help you:
- Drink lots of water
- Have a good amount of sleep
- Add salt to warm water and gargle 5 times a day

I hope this helps you. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
