Dear,
Welcome to HCM

A trail of over the counter medication like paracetamol and ibuprofen can be taken as an when required, not more than thrice a day.
If the headache still persist after three days, a consulation to a local physician an needed to a local neurologist is suggested.
The complaints of pain needed further elaboration interns of the location and nature. You can follow up with the information.
