What Causes Recurring Fever, Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Hi doctor i have been having low fever for a few days with sore throat. Last Thursday my fever spiked up to 103.7 and have been having back pains stomach aches vomiting and bouts of constipation and diarrhea. I have been taking paracetamol and ciprofloxacine. Which reduces the fever but it comes back when the paracetamol wears off

Well come to HMC
Without the diagnosis taking antibiotic is not advisable but you can have antipyretic for fever some times such fever may be self limiting and does not need any antibiotic, if this does not subsides within days then blood need to be tested and other imaging study may required, hope this information helps, take care.
