Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring dizzy spells, vomiting and nausea which is also known as vertigo. Well there can be many reasons for dizziness and nausea that is low blood sugar and iron level, ear infection, due to some medication, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, meniere's disease and migraine. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , blood test , rotatory chair test, posturography and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics at least for 10 days , hearing aid and recommend vestibular therapy. You should take proper rest , avoid bending forward , take a light walk daily and drink green tea thrice a day.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
