Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring dizziness, impaired balance and vomiting which is also known as vertigo. Well there can be many reasons for dizziness and nausea that is low blood sugar and iron level, ear infection, due to some medication, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, meniere's disease and migraine. Meditation will be very helpful in such cases. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , blood test , rotatory chair test, posturography and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics at least for 10 days , hearing aid and recommend vestibular therapy. Keep youself relax and stress free as these cab exaggerated factors. You should take proper rest , avoid bending forward and drink green tea thrice a day.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
