I have an overgrowth of Candida albicans as a result of too many antibiotic treatments over the last four years. Doctors do not seem to recognize the skin infections that erupt from time to time on my skin, especially under breasts, underarm, on chest or back areas. I learned to treat them with anti fungal cream the last 3 years but having just returned in the last several months from out of the country and treated by two different doctors with antibiotics for stubborn sinus infections, I still develop skin lesions and treat them with anti fungal crime which works. I put apple cider vinegar on my skin and also in a half glass of water daily, drink hot lemon water in the morning. I take 50-60 billion almost daily, but the slightest amount of sugar again sets it up again. Help ! How do I get rid of the internal Candida for good? I am 72 years old. R. Nelson
