General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The blood pressure can be increased during infection. You have difficult breath problem as well. So chest X-ray also need to be done. You can take decongestant and anti emetic medicine as per your doctor advise. Your physical examination should be done and if needed paranasal sinus X-ray also can be done to rule out sinusitis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
