What Causes Recurring Blisters On Penile Head?

Hey doctor. I m 21 years old and I m not sexually active, last time I had sex was on May and I used a condom but lately I found a pimples on my penis head so I went to the clinic and they sprayed me with something cold and after few days it s gone then I masturbated so I got another pimples and I went to the clinic again they told there s nothing to worry about and its normal and doctor start laughing... What is that exactly

It is always difficult though to treat such skin issues without actually seeing them. But I will help you in every possible way.

It may be a skin rash on the penis and it doesn't seem to be an STD or Genital Wart. What you need to do is refrain from masturbation until get better. Apply Hydrocortisone cream on the lesion. Take Ibuprofen by mouth and it will all be OK in a couple of days.
