What Causes Recurring Abdominal Pain And Watery Stools In A Toddler?

My boy is 29 months now,he s a crch goiwer,,,I am concern after everyfood he sai his stomach is painful he wants to go to the toilet,and when he s thre,his stool is watery. I don t know what wrong because it seems as if his stomach is upside down,coz it ryt now but in next hours is wrong

I really appreciate your concern, such condition could be due to infection and it could be protozoa infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with the Tinidazole 600 with Ofloxacin 200 twice in day for two days, if this fails to respond then it may needs investigations hope this information helps.
