What Causes Recurring Abdominal Discomfort, Loose Stools And Nausea?
Hi, This is Akshita this side. I would like to let you know that change of season affects my stomach very often especially in winters. As now also, it s begining of winter season so I ve started facing problems like loose motions, stomach pain and nausea. On an overall basis, it becomes uneasy and uncomfortable for me to face it frequently. Can you please help me out in resolving my problem.? Your revert would highly be appreciated. Thanks.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring abdominal discomfort, loose stools and nausea which seems to be due to gastroenteritis, food allergies and irritable bowel syndrome.
Need not to worry. For now, you should eat light and non-spicy food articles. Take antacid after every meal and drink plenty of water and take a light walk after every meal. Avoid outside food intake. I would suggest you consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may order ultrasound along with blood and stool test. The doctor may prescribe omeprazole along with laxatives. You should take small and frequent meals and avoid taking large meals at one time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
