What Causes Recurring Abdominal Cramps With Black Stools?

I was experiencing cramps on the left hand side of the stomach I felt something is rotating inside. Every time i eat I have to go to toilet. Let me clear this that I am professional athlete and i eat around 500 gms of boneless chicken per day. Also my farts have a foul smell today i had a black stool

* The recurrent abdomen cramps with black stool indicate possible intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus most likely, in your case chicken.
* Primary care with the following will serve best to recover faster
- plenty of liquids to maintain hydration
- organic fresh fruits intake
- avoid non-veg at present
- prescription of probiotics with lactobacillus and GI specific antibiotic as metronidazole or else for fast recovery.
