What Causes Recurring UTI?

hello doc.. i am 25 year old married women and suffering from urine burning problem again and agin..and today i and my hubby both have urine examination.. and our examination reports are:-

my report:-

DEPOSIT: NIL

specific gravity: 1.015

ph: 7.0

pus cell: 2-3

rbc: OCC

epithelial cell:- 5-6





my husband report:-

deposit:- AMORPHOUS DEPOSIT(+)

Specify gravity:- 1.020

ph: 6.0

pus cell: 1-2

RBC: 1-2

EPITHELIAL CELLS:1-2



Kindly tell me why this infection is happening to me again and again..
