General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there is chronic UTI problem and require evaluation of your case.
This recurrent infection might be due to having some chronic problem in your kidneys.
You might require,
1, routine urine check up,
2, urine culture and sensitivity test,
3, ultra sound of kidneys for having any chronic problem in kidneys.
After all reports your doctor will decide plan of treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
