What Causes Recurrent Swelling And Itching Sensation On Face And Body?

I am currently dealing with repeated swelling (around my face and hands mostly) and very itchy rashes around my body (arms, legs, stomach, breasts) with no obvious cause. I have never had any allergies and this has come on recently some times to the extent that I cannot see or my lips burst from the swelling. My airways never swell or close.I have stuck to eating plain foods and have noticed it is mostly worse in the mornings when I wake up.Can anyone suggest what this could be?

You are probably developed allergy in your body. Allergy can come suddenly and it may be due it more than hundred causes including allergy to drug, food ,certain chemicals and even from pollen grain. Allergy can also develop due to contact with animal like dogs who have infested with tics,mites etc. It maybe difficult to find the cause of allergy. Sometimes test done for identifying the cause of allergy can itself produce severe life threatening reaction. Hence it is better to take treatment for allergy using drugs such as anti histamine and corticosteroids.
