What Causes Recurrent Sharp Pain On Left Foot?

I have been having a sharp burning pain on the outside part of my left foot, it comes and goes, and it doesn t matter what I am doing, so I really have no idea what aggravates it. I had my blood sugar checked and that is normal, so I wouldn t think it would be diabetes related

Hi

You can also get a Doppler ultrasound of your leg to make sure blood circulation to the foot is normal, if not then treatment should be advised accordingly.

If that also returns a normal result then we can suspect conditions like hypothyroidism, kidney disease, athlete's foot, tarsal tunnel syndrome and vitamin deficiency anemia. Please visit a doctor and discuss ruling one condition after the other out, from my given list.

Best wishes.
