What Causes Recurrent Seizures?

Hello , My fiance has had minor seizures for a few years, migraine headaches and is on medicine for the seizures. They come and go every few months for no apparent reason. She starts to slur on right cheek when talking, talks slower and tends to process things slower then it passes after a few days. She has had tests done but no conclusive answers. She also has been diagnosed with narcolepsy . She can sleep 18 hours wake up an hour then sleep another 12 hours easily. Is their a potential for a stroke here or anything worth asking her doctor about tomorrow morning. Also been waking up dizzy the last week Thoughts !
