What Causes Recurrent Pus Filled Lumps In The Groin Area?

I have a lump right along the crease between my crotch area (I m a female) and my thigh. Now I get these lumps quite regularly and I have for a while. I never think much of them and they go away on their own. However, recently I decided to pry at one a little and see if I could get puss or something out because curiousity. I squeezed and this yellow liquidy puss came out followed by some blood. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I don t really think I should because these are normal and have never caused me trouble, but it s better safe than sorry.
