What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Testis After Testicular Torsion Repair?

Hi.I summarized it as,I had my testis operated for testicle torsion repair before fee years. But after surgery also I have been feeling the same pain in testis which gets started all of a sudden anytime anywhere and specially after having physical closeness with a girl. Please tell me did my testis operated right? Or is there any chances of getting testis rotated again after surgery? Why Am I having pain and not cured completely? If pain happens what should I do? Will it cause me unhealthy for sex or can cause damage while having sex? How can I check my fertility?

Hello,

Yes, it is possible that mild pain after post-testicular torsion surgery. In which the scrotum is stitched to the scrotal wall inside may cause pain.

Other possibilities like infection or orchitis etc.

Use tablet chymoral forte. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tramadol with paracetamol. Avoid tight wearing.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
