What Causes Recurrent Numbness And Pain In The Body?

I hurt all over and I wake up several times a night and my arms and hands are so asleep they are killing me. I can sit on the couch for say an hour and can t hardly walk when I try to get up. Haven t been in any kind of accident, this has been happening for about a month but not quite as severe as the last week or so.
