What Causes Recurrent Nasal Congestion While On Leftose For Sore Throat?

Danzen or Leftose for slight sore throat that I m having for 2 days now? I have been having runny/blocked nose for quite a period now as it keeps coming back. Should I go to the doctor s for a flu shot too? I have allergies to paracetamols and augmentin, so no anti-biotics for me

Thanks for posting your query to hcm.
As I understand it could be due to some kind of viral infection or environmental allergy .Presently you can take Tablet containing cetrizine with montelucast and take steam inhalation for symptomatic relief. antibiotics are not useful in viral infection but can be given to prevent secondary bacterial infection. If not get relief then go to your physician .hope it will help you . feel free to ask .
