What Causes Recurrent Miscarriages?

Hello I am currently experiencing my 4th miscarriage. Each time the baby heart stops beating. Doctor keeps telling me these things happen. I have one child that is eight. He is very healthy. This miscarriage I was 9weeks 3days. The others I was 8,7 and not sure how far along with the other. I want another baby so bad. I feel lost and don t know wwwwwhat to do. I want another child, but how do I know this want keep happening.

Here for reccurent abortion following causes has to be ruled out like....
-chromosomal abnormality (molecular methods)
-lupus (Serum ANA)
-diabetis (Serum RBS)
-Infection by pelvic USG and swab
-abdominal trauma
-age more than 35 year

Causative factor should be corrected....

If needed curratage can be done for detail work up...
